Su Jian and Willie has more than twenty years combined experience in the construction industry. During their years with the BCA, they have conducted CONQUAS assessments for all types of buildings in Singapore and Malaysia. Having completed more than 1,000 days of site assessments, as well as lecturers for BCA Academy CONQUAS training, they have good knowledge of the needs and requirements of the Singapore construction industry.

Their understanding of quality management extends beyond CONQUAS. They were BCA auditor for various building management certifications such as the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GGBS and other Singapore industry accreditation schemes for firms in Malaysia, China, Vietnam and the United Kingdom.

On GGBS auditing experiences, they have both audited more than 45 Singapore companies, amassing a wealth of knowledge in GGBS strategies and practices. They have also attended BCA’s internal GGBS auditors’ training.

Su Jian holds a Civil Engineering Degree and a Master in Engineering in Transportation from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand, while Willie holds both a Mechanical Engineering and Master of Mechanical Engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
